Self-Care Wellness Journal
The self-care wellness journal was designed to help you express your thoughts and feelings and to help improve your well-being and decrease mental distress. You can use your thoughts and ideas or the prompts provided at the top of the page as a guide to writing your journal entries. For example, you can start your journal entry by brainstorming for topics in your mind, such as goals you have not yet achieved or personality traits you would like to change, or you can write words that describe your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
This self-care wellness journal was designed to provide 52 thought-provoking journal prompt statements that start at the beginning of each page and align with the 52 positive affirmations at the bottom. The goal is to journal every week for a year. The goal is to write the steps you will take each day to help you achieve the affirmation already there or replace it with the one you choose.
