Journaling is a therapeutic technique you can use during times of stress. Sometimes it is difficult to verbally express how you feel, and it is easier to express those feelings in writing.
While beneficial, journaling can sometimes be challenging as you may not know where to start. Or you have so much to say, but you do not know how to put it on paper.
