This magazine was designed to bring awareness to mental health and to offer you education and tips that help with managing your emotions when dealing with stressful life events. In this edition, I focused on the impact the pandemic has had on children’s education, our eating habits, mental and emotional health. I interviewed several professionals: a nutritionist, a primary health physician, and a school educator, who wrote articles on their views on how the pandemic has impacted our lives.
This edition also revealed the importance of changing your eating habits, gave advice on maintaining the proper work/life balance and setting healthy boundaries, along with how to find additional means of educating yourself online. I included an article on COVID-19 and PTSD and another on the impact of the pandemic on socialization.
